Brighten snowy March days with the exotic flavors of the Caribbean. In this hands-on class, you’ll be creating a tropical menu of Caribbean coconut curry, fried plantain and flan (cafe con leche). Recipes and adaptations provided. Come hungry and bring a container for leftovers.
